The NOISE Summer School consists of a two-week programme. Participants are expected to attend the full programme: it is not possible to make a selection. The reading material and assignments have to be fully prepared before the start of the course.

Please send this application form to the NOISE coordination at Utrecht University before 15 May 2001. You can also fax, post or attach the downloadable Word version of this form (for address and fax number, see below).

When using this online form, make sure your correct name and e-mail address are filled in in your browser's preferences (under Edit > Preferences > Mail > Identity). Also, do not forget to send in the required essay. It may be handy to print the filled-out form for your own archives.

Applicants will be informed about the outcome of the selections by 15 June 2002.

By submitting, you agree to do all the work required for this course, including the preparatory work (in total the equivalent of 240 hours of work). A NOISE certificate for 9 ECTS credits will be awarded after meeting all the requirements of the course.
